What really hit home was how much he missed his family and the way of life back in the United States. After seeing the move it has made me appreciate the many sacrifices that our men and service women make to keep our country safe. This movie does a great job of putting that into perspective and sharing with us the hardships of true warfare. This movie was definitely a rewarding experience for me. It opened my eyes to how warfare really is. Plus it briefly touched on the death of Chris Kyle. It gave me more information on his murder and that his killer was struggling with a severe case of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The learning experience from this movie and Chrism’s death is that the brotherhood that these Army veterans have is above all else. Even though Chris made it through numerous tours of duty he decides to take on the mission of helping a struggling fellow war veteran. He knew that this would be a challenging task and he was up for it. The promotion of this film was dead on. It appealed to those who are patriotic and intrigued by action, adventure and drama. It is a great film that I would recommend to any adult. The lessons that learned from this film will stick with me for a long time.

Chris Kyle IS a rue American hero and deserves to go down in history as one of Americas best soldiers ever. The setting of this movie was ideal, the movie theater was packed and everyone seemed to be very patriotic. The ideal audience for this movie is someone who loves their country and is proud to be an American. The ideal place for watching this movie would be a small town movie theater where people work hard for their money and appreciate patriotic movies that make you feel uplifted and have a good story behind them. If I would have been in this setting it would have transformed my movie watching experience.

There might have been more passion and more understanding coming from the people in a small town rather than viewing this movie in a big city. The main reason for this is because Chris is from a small town in Texas. I have discussed this movie with many of my friends and family. Everyone seems to love the heroism and courage of Chris Kyle. This film has definitely had an influence on my thinking, and I now have I have a newfound appreciation for our men and women serving our country. What especially hit home was all of the sacrifices that they make on a daily bases to keep our country safe and our freedom intact.
